Use
If you activate this indicator, availability control runs in conjunction with budget objects within the hierarchy upward against the first budget object to have received budget.
Procedure
If you do not set the indicator, availability control runs against the first budget object, even if it has received no budget. This is the setting in the system as delivered.

Dependencies
- Fiscal year
If you enter a fiscal year, this entry applies from this fiscal year onward to all funds where you have selected availability control against annual values.
If you enter fiscal year 0000, the entry applies to all funds where you have chosen availability control against total values.
- Changes in Budget Structure
If set the indicator, you will not have to reconstruct the assigned values every time you change the budget structure.
