Definition

This indicator defines for payment items if an (internal) bank posting is concerned. This is posted to a current account without there being an offsetting position in BCA.

Examples: Manual charge posting or good will posting

Note

Normally this indicator is only meaningful in connection with the indicator Online entry payment item allowed. Online entry payment item permits an entry, Bank posting defines the entry screen.

Transaction types for capital yield tax may not be entered online. They need to be flagged as Bank posting.
