If you select this field, the extended withholding tax data (table LFBW) will be transferred to selected accounts in the source company code and target company code.

Note that the target company code has the same vendor (and other extended withholding tax data) as the source company code. Therefore, you should only select this field if you are certain that the extended withholding tax that you want to transfer is also valid in the target company code.
