Definition
You enter a date here for the planned retirement date of the asset.
Use
The system interprets this date for the depreciation simulation/forecast. In the standard depreciation simulation report, the system simulates depreciation, when you request it, only up to the planned retirement date of the assets.
Note
The system does not take the period control in the depreciation key into account during the depreciation simulation. Instead, the system stops the depreciation calculation exactly on the date of the planned retirement.
