Definition
Value for calculating property tax, net worth tax, trade tax, and inheritance tax that is determined by the tax office responsible at main assessment times. The assessed value is determined for land (including buildings), companies engaged in agriculture and forestry, commercial enterprises and companies owned by self-employed people, as well as mineral exploitation rights.
