Definition
If you set this flag, you can move columns interactively in the table section of the bar chart graphics.
Procedure
Position the mouse cursor on the header of the column to be moved. The cursor becomes a drag cursor. Keeping the left mouse button pressed move the column to the desired position. Release the mouse button. Doing this will move the columns correspondingly in all rows which have the same format as the header.
