Definition
Specifies when the contents of a window are refreshed when scrolling with the scroll bar.
On - The window is redrawn when scrolling is complete, i.e. after releasing the scroll bar at the new position.
Off - The window is continuously being redrawn. This affects the speed of redrawing, particularly if the window contains a lot of objects.
