Definition
When merging the data from the file with the data already in the system, you may find that a bank already entered no longer appears in the actual file.
When you choose this option, the bank just mentioned would be replaced with a deletion sign.
The bank can then be archived using SAP'S reorganization program or deleted. Further checks would also be carried out to check whether the bank is used in master records and/or documents.
