Documentation
Definition
You can use this authorization group to define which users can display or process an insurance object.
Use
If you define an authorization group for an insurance object-partner relationship, only users to whom the authorization group is assigned can process the insurance object.
Dependencies
You define authorization groups in the Maintain Authorization Groups IMG activity.
You use the I_INSO_GRP authorization object to control the authorization to display and change insurance objects. This authorization object must be defined for the appropriate user roles.
Note
The system only executes the authorization check if the Authorization Group field is filled for the insurance object-partner relationship. If you make no entries here, every user can process this insurance object-partner relationship.
