Definition

Date on which the order status was changed to "technically complete".

Use

  • When the order is a capital investment measure:
    • Settlement to the completed fixed asset(s) occurs only when the order is technically closed and the date for the technical closure is during the settlement period or in an earlier period.
    • The date for the technical closure is used as a proposal for the reference date if no reference date has been saved in the settlement parameters in the settlement rule, and is also not entered during settlement.
  • If the order has a capitalization key, but does not have a revenue indicator,:
    • You only settle the actual costs when the "technically closed" status is set and the date for the technical closure lies in the settlement period or in an earlier period.
