Documentation
Definition
This indicates the priority with which an applicant is assigned to a vacancy and thus to a selection procedure.
Use
If an applicant is assigned to several vacancies, the assignment priorities classify the vacancies in order of how well suited to the job the applicant is judged to be.
No vacancy assignment priority may be assigned more than once to an applicant at a given time.
If an applicant is only assigned to one vacancy this is automatically assigned priority 1.
Supplementary Documentation - APRIO 0001
Use
If an applicant has been assigned to more than one vacancy, the priority of the vacancy assignment can be used to denote the vacancy best suited to the applicant, the next best etc.
Each vacancy assignment priority can only be assigned once per applicant.
If an applicant is only assigned to one vacancy, it is automatically assigned priority 1.
Procedure
If the applicant is an unsolicited applicant, there is a distinction between two possible cases:
- The unsolicited applicant is only assigned to one vacancy.
In this case the field is automatically filled by the system when you press ENTER or save your entries.
- The unsolicited applicant is assigned to more than one vacancy.
In this case you must specify a priority for each assignment.
If the applicant is replying to a job advertisement, please proceed as follows:
- Select the Default vacancy function.
The system automatically lists all vacancies published in the advertisement in the Vacancy field. At the same time the system proposes vacancy assignment priorities for these vacancies.
- If applicable, delete the vacancies for which the applicant is unsuitable. To do this position the cursor on the vacancy in question and select the Delete line function.
- If applicable, delete the vacancy assignment priorities automatically assigned by the system by overwriting the defaults.
