Definition
In accordance with programming template no. 4 for the ISKD statistics, no records with a case counter of less than or equal to 3 can be sent to the Federal Office of Statistics. For this reason, these case counters are set to 4 after aggregation.
This conversion does not take place for data sent to the State Office of Statistics. The data is only made anonymous when it is sent to the Federal Office of Statistics.
This switch must be set accordingly, depending on whether the notification is sent to the State Office (not anonymous) or the Federal Office (anonymous).
