Definition

Name for a queue-group in CCMS monitoring of qRFC queues in the alert monitor (transaction RZ20). The name is displayed as the name of the queue group's monitoring object MTE in the alert monitor.

Procedure

If you are creating a new queue group, then choose a name that describes the queue group well. The name is displayed in the alert monitor as the root MTE of the subtree that reports on the queues in the queue group.

A queue group is a customizing setting that lets you group specified qRFC queues together for purposes of error reporting and alert generation in the CCMS alert monitor.

The name must be unique among your queue groups.

Examples

For a group that gathers CRM client queues, a suitable name might be 'CRM Client Queues: CRM_SITE*'.
