Definition
The number of rooms in a rental unit that are referred to as "half rooms" can be entered in this field.
All rooms with less than 10 sq.m. floor space are to be referred to as "half rooms".
If individual rooms are maintained for the corresponding rental unit, the entry in this field is checked against the number of the rooms created. Only the rooms indicated as being "half rooms" are counted.
The program automatically corrects variances.
