Use

The parameter '... with last change since' is used as a selection criterion for choosing vendor master records for changing data on the basis of personnel number.

All the HR-specific data in vendor master records where the personnel number has been changed since the date entered in the field '...with last change since' is changed. The HR master data used to determine which vendor master records to change is the infotype records that are valid on the key date you entered.

This parameter is only useful if you have activated the 'Change in line with HR master records' parameter.
