Documentation
Definition
You use this indicator to define which key date is to be used when calculating seniority.
- D Start of service
- R Calendar year, which is determined by the entry date: For an entry date up to July 01, use the start of the calendar year. Otherwise, use the start of the following year ('shortened fiscal year' rule).
- K Start of calendar year
- F Start of following year
For analysis periods of varying duration (for example, first illness), the indicator for employment year jumps determines whether an employment year or calendar year rule is to be applied.
