Documentation
Definition
Indicates whether changes affecting an additional were made to a material.
The indicator is always set in the initial version of an assortment list IDoc. When a change version is being generated, the system checks to see whether the change that led to an entry being generated in the assortment list IDoc affects the additional as well. In the case of shelf-edge labels, for example, changes to sales prices are important but a changed loading group or country of origin can be ignored.
Notes
When the system fills segment E1WTADAL1 it compares the change document items for the message category of the assortment list (Standard: WBBDLD) with the change document items for the message category (Standard: WTADDI) of the material group of the additional.
The segments of the assortment list IDoc are filled for a material. The system anaylzes change pointers to determine if at least one combination of table and field name is found in the change document items of the massage category of the additionals material group.
Example
The sales price of material 4711 has changed. A change pointer is generated with the table name KONDAT and field name KEY.
Change pointers are now analyzed. When the system fills the segment for the additional, the change pointer table is passed on for material 4711. The following assignments apply:
- Label 4912 to material 4711
- Label 4912 to material group "shelf-edge labels"
- Logical message category WTADDI to material group "shelf-edge labels"
- Combination KONDAT/KEY as change pointer item to message category WTADDI
The indicator is therefore set, informing the store about the change. The store can then update the shelf-edge label 4912 for material.
