Definition
In the previous Release the form of address was maintained as a text field. In the current Release the possible forms of address are stored in a language-specific check table.
When converting data to the current Release the contents of the text field 'Form of address' could not be reproduced uniquely as a valid value in the table of the form of address keys (TSAD3) used here.
So that the field contents were not lost they were stored in this additional field with the contents of the field NAME1.
When printing, the contents of this field are used instead of form of address/Name1, as long as the field has an entry.
The field is filled and visible until the contents are deleted with the function "Delete field NAMETEXT" (in change mode).
Procedure
If you are in change mode:
Using the field contents check and see how the values maintained in the previous Release can be portrayed best with the address fields available now. If necessary enter a valid form of address (see input help), or suitably change the contents of the field Name1.
You can then delete the field contents from the database with the function "Delete field NAMETEXT".
It is not absolutely necessary to revise the data record manually, since the print function outputs the data suitably. However it is strongly recommended for cleaning up the data.
