Definition
This field controls the sequence between notification and follow-on document generation (purchase order at the external vendor, warehouse order, delivery). It specifies whether follow-on documents for a plant
- can be generated immediately, that is, without taking the notification into account.
- can only be generated if the notification for this plant is completed (that is, the confirmation arrived).
- can only be generated if the notification is completed for all plants which contribute to the allocation table item, that is, when all plants have confirmed their requested quantities.
The aim is to generate the follow-on documents with the "correct" quantities, to avoid subsequent corrections.
Since the plants may not confirm their requested quantities in the stock allocation notification (or in the promotion announcement), it is not possible for the quantities to change. In this case, the order of the notification and the follow-on document generation is unimportant. The field is therefore only used in the request notification and in the request confirmation notification with confirmation notification (or in the promotion announcement with a request and in the promotion announcement with a request and confirmation).
