Use

In this Customizing activity, you can see existing SAP attribute tags, and select the attribute tags that you want to copy. Before you can modify existing SAP attribute tags, you need to copy them to your own software layer.

First you copy an existing SAP attribute tag in this Customizing activity, and then adapt the attribute settings in the Customizing activity Define Attribute Tags.

Copy SAP Attribute Tag

To copy an SAP attribute tag, for example an SAP BOL attribute tag, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose Define BOL Attribute Contexts.
  2. Select the UI object type to which the BOL attribute that you want to copy is assigned.
  3. Choose Define BOL Attribute Tags.
  4. Select the BOL attribute tag(s) that you want to copy.
  5. Choose Copy from SAP.

Adapt Copied Attribute Tag

To adapt a copied attribute tag, for example a copied SAP BOL attribute tag, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose UI Framework -> UI Framework Definition -> Global Attribute Tags -> Define Attribute Tags.

    You can directly navigate to this Customizing activity, by clicking the Goto Copies button.

  2. Choose Define BOL Attribute Tags.
  3. Select a copied BOL attribute tag.
  4. Define the settings of your copied attribute tag.
