In this step, you assign texts for the address, the letter header, the footer, and the greeting according to the following criteria:

  • Purchasing organization
  • Sales organization
  • Company code

This enables you to ensure that these texts appear in certain items (such as header/footer) of a message document when it is output for a purchasing organization, sales organization or company code.

To make the assignments, you must make the following entries for each purchasing organization, sales organization, or company code:

  • Address/sender

    Key of the standard text that contains the address of the sender.

  • Footer line/footer text

    Key of the standard text that contains the footer.

  • Letter header/header text

    Key of the standard text that contains the letter header.

  • Greeting/signature text

    Key of the standard text that contains the greeting.

Example

Requirements

You must first have defined the standard texts that you want to define. The texts should have text ID 'ADRS'.

In addition, the purchasing organizations, sales organizations, and company codes that you want to assign the texts to must be defined.
