Use

Filter classes enable you to add your own logic for filtering selection data before displaying the list in the TEW.

Example

If you do not want to include documents with the status #partially processed# in a selection list, you can create the logic to filter out these documents. If a filter class is called, only data matching the filter criteria is displayed in the selection list. In this example, partially processed documents will not appear in the list.
