Use
In this step, you define a grouping of functions. The partner determination procedure specifies which partner functions are allowed and required for a particular business transaction. At the header level, partner procedures are assigned to each contract type. At the item level they are assigned to the scenario.

You define your procedure in this area.
- Partner Functions in Procedure
Once you have defined your partner determination procedure, you identify the partner functions that are allowed in the procedure, whether they can be changed and if they are mandatory.
- Partner Determination Procedure Assignment
Assign the partner procedure to the contract types provided, or in the parallel step to the item category.
- Partner Functions
The partner functions and their associated partner type are supplied with the SAP system. You can view those relationships in this group before creating you partner roles.
- Account Groups-Function Assignment
You can view the partner functions assigned to the account groups supplied with the SAP system. If you create a new account group, you will assign partner functions to it in this group.
- Partner Function Conversion
You can convert the partner function keys in the original German system to language- specific keys, similarly to those provided with the system.
