Activities
- Level: InfoSource
Determine the InfoSources from which you want to copy data. The update is controlled by a BI procedure and a dr/cr indicator. You can make the update dependent on a maximum of two data fields in the InfoSource. These data fields should be entered at the first level of the view cluster. - Level: Transaction key
Select an entry to first maintain the relevant transaction key. Ensure that you can run report WRMA_GET_VORGA for each individual - Level: Conversion table
Key fields:
For each transaction key you can define the access condition type and application to which the data from the InfoSource is to be mapped. The field Debit/Credit Indicator can be used to map different debit/credit indicators (if the field exists in the InfoSource) to different condition types. Alternatively, you can enter * instead of 'D' or 'C' if no differentiation is to be made with regard to the debit/credit indicator.
Variable fields 1 and 2 represent the contents of fields 1 and 2 defined at the highest level of the InfoSource. If field names have been entered here, the relevant fields contents are taken as the key when the BI procedures are converted into condition types. Ensure that in this case, a record exists in the conversion table for each of parameter grouping of the variable fields.
Field name:
Enter then name of the amount field from the InfoSource whose whose amount is to be updated.
