Use

In this Customizing activity, you adjust how individual messages are output when your employees use the functions of Electronic Payment Integration for China (EPIC). You can change warnings into error messages, which stops the users from continuing with an action, or change error messages into warnings. You can make your settings for the online mode only. The settings that you make for the messages apply for all related clients and all users.

Note: Message control is only enabled for certain messages in certain message classes delivered for EPIC. In this Customizing activity, you must initially select an application area, which corresponds to the message class. You can select, for example:

  • EPIC_ACTIONS: Messages for Payment Processing Services. Messages are related to liquidity assignment for cash budgeting.
  • EPIC_EBR_UI: Messages for Bank Receipt UI. Messages are related to creating bank receipts in the SAP ERP system.
