Use

This business add-in (BAdI) is used in the Vehicle Management System (IS-A-VMS) component.

With tis BAdI you can influence the selection of vehicle models displayed in the model list (per user).

The BAdI has method MDELLIST_CHANGE with the following parameters:

• USERNAME_IV: user name
• MODELLIST_CT: list of models that a user can view (due to his/her VMS role)
• Standard settings

Example

You can, for example, restrict the model selection in order to keep the number of VMS roles to a minimum or implement a logic in which the model selection is dependent on the material type.
