Use

In this step you assign Predefined Price Elements to individual document types.

Requirements

The predefined price elements required have been defined in the IMG activity Define Predefined Price Elements and identified using either a condition type or a condition subtotal in the IMG activity Identify Predefined Price Elements in Pricing.

Standard settings

Activities

The assignment enables you to edit and check individual conditions or subtotals directly on the item overview screen in sales documents. This means the processing step on the condition overview screen is no longer necessary.

Example

If you frequently have to enter a specific discount condition manually, you can define a predefined price element for this discount condition and assign the price element to the relevant sales document types.
