In this IMG activity you can assign additional, relevant BP role categories to an object (for each combination of assignment category and application category).
When selecting the possible roles in which you can assign a business partner to an object in object processing, the systems offers you the choice of roles that are assigned to the role category entered here.
Activities
Select the relevant combination of assignment and application category.
Choose New Entries.
Choose the other BP role category to be assigned.
Under cardinality you determine the maximum number of partners that can be assigned in a role belonging to the role category. If you make no entry here, you can assign as many business partners as you want in the role belonging to the role category.
If you set the required indicator, you cannot save the object in object processing without having assigned a business partner to it in a role belonging to the BP role category.
