Use
In this Customizing activity, you specify when the status of a job is set to Job in Process.
A job must have the status Job in Process before confirmation is possible.

Activities
Choose from one of the following options:
- On selection of shop papers (in back-end system)
The system sets the status Job in Process when the planner selects the shop papers of the reference document for printing in the back-end system.
Note that here the shop papers aren't sent to a physcial printer for printing but to the new output device Job Card. In this way, the shop papers are available for printing through the job card in the Maintenance Worker frontend.
- On printing of shop papers (in front-end system)
The system sets the status Job in Process when the maintenance worker selects a job from the job list in the frontend and then displays the job card for printing.
This option is selected by default.
- On choosing pushbutton (in front-end system)
The maintenance worker sets the status Job in Process manually in the job list by choosing Start Processing for the selected job.
