Use

In this IMG activity, you define fund and its attributes. Each fund is identified fund by a fund ID. Fund ID is an attribute of a position. You map fund ID to position type. Based on this mapping the system determines the fund that is allocated for a position type

Activities

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Specify a fund ID.
  3. Specify a description for the fund ID.
  4. Select the Cost Centre field to make entry of cost center details in the Cost Distribution infotype (1018) mandatory.
  5. Select the WBS field to make entry of work breakdown structure (WBS) element in the Cost Distribution infotype (1018) mandatory.
