Use

In this Customizing activity, you make settings to maintain the cross table for mapping the taxpayer file from Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos (AFIP).

The report Integration of Taxpayers File is used to update or check for differences in the Vendor and Customer master data, based on the data from the AFIP taxpayer file.

The update process performs a master data update on the Vendor and Customer master records for all the differences identified. During the update process, values from the AFIP file are mapped into SAP values using the mapping table.

You also use the following Customizing activities to maintain information used in the mapping:

Activities

Maintain the following information:

  • Tax Type # Tax type as used in the AFIP taxpayer file. For example, "IV" for VAT, or "MO" for Monotributo.
  • EarnStatus # Earning status code as used in the AFIP taxpayer . file
  • Tax type # Tax code for the type of tax created in the SAP system for customers and vendors.
  • Category indicator for tax # Indicator to determine the VAT tax category for customers.
