Use

You can use this Customizing activity to define additional functions that you want to be available in receivables processing on the Invoices tab.

Requirements

Standard settings

The following additional functions are available to you in the standard system:

• Create Dunning Notice
• Output Billing Document Again
• Request FI Correspondence
• Send Contact Log
• Dunning History of Customer
• Line Items for Customer

In the Customizing activity Deactivate Additional Functions, you can deactivate these functions without making modifications.

Activities

You have the following options for defining the display:

• You can assign a function to the dropdown menu of an existing pushbutton (Create, List, Correspondence).
• You can also create a function as a separate pushbutton.
• You can also define whether a function should be available in display mode or not. You should note that the dropdown menu functions of the Create pushbutton are never available in display mode.

You have to create an implementation of Business Add-In (BAdI): Function Code Processing for Additional Functions for each additional function. When you execute an additional function, the system calls the EXECUTE method of the corresponding BAdI implementation internally and uses the function code as a filter value.
