Here you define whether you are delaing with additions or deductions and how correction of the costing items should take place in Easy Cost Planning.

Reference Values and Calculation Method

You can make additions/deductions to either costs or quantities.

base costs -> basic costs or base quantity -> basic quantity

  • Taking the special features of the construction project into account, you can correct base costs and base quantities by additions and deductions and therefore determine the basic costs and basic quantities. These values are then copied to the service line as a basis for sales price determination.

Basic costs-> target costs or basic quantity -> target quantity

  • By making further additions or deductions to the basic costs or basic quantity, you get the target costs for which the service should be performed. The target costs and target quantities can be trasnferred to the Project System as planned values and serve as a basis for Controlling.

+/- Sign

With the + or - sign you define whether the system should perform a user entry check or not.

  • - sign: check entry
  • + sign: check entry
  • + and -: no check

Calculation Rule

You define how the system makes additions/deductions to costs and/or quantities.

  • Value: addition or deduction as a value that refers either to the costs or the quantity, depending on the reference value and calculation type
  • Percentage: addition or deduction as a percentage that refers either to the costs or the quantity, depending on the reference value and calculation type
  • Fixed: addition or deduction that refers to the total costs (budgeted costs multiplied by the quantity).

Assessments

If you define an addition or deduction as an assessment, you can distribute the overhead costs in this addition/deduction among the different costing items.
