Postings and stocks in the Warehouse Management system or in the decentralized WMS can refer to their origin.
The requirement types are used for creating coordinates. These coordinates are usually used to manage stocks in interim storage types separately according to their requirement numbers.
In WMS, requirement types are used for determining the storage bin. The storage type finally determined by the system depends on the definition of the WM movement type. In the movement type definition, you define whether a dynamic coordinate is to be created.

For technical reasons, SAP recommends keeping the requirement types and Fthe field names.
Recommendation
In the decentralized WMS, only fields from the database table "LIPS" (delivery items) can be used for creating dynamic coordinates.

Create the requirement types for each warehouse number.
