Description

The complaint action business add-in serves as a user exit where Document Base Table (DBT) / Detailed Transaction File (DTF) records can be inserted or updated. The appropriate completion strategy can also be assigned for the subsequent processes. These records are required for the specific business scenario postings. A control record must be maintained in the business add-in to determine which business process will be executed when the process execution business add-in OIRE_COMPL_PROC is submitted.

  • OIRE_CC_WRITE_OFF    Create DBT/DTF for CC write-off

Check if you can use the standard business add-in. If not, copy one add-in to your namespace and make the necessary changes to the code there.
