In this step, you deactivate the automatic price determination process, since you specify the net price of the purchase order in the transfer file.
Deactivating the price determination process also reduces the run-time of the transfer programs.
To deactivate automatic price determination, you should amend the price calculation schema (in the standard system: RM0000) so that it contains only one condition type without an access sequence. In doing so, orientate yourself on the standard condition type PBXX. Subtotals (e.g. effective price, net value) should remain in the calculation schema.
Amend just the calculation schema you wish to use in your productive system, since the calculation schema originally used in the purchase order is stored in the headers of the transferred POs.
