Here you assign a function to a worklist reason code. The functions are defined in Customizing for Cross Application Components in the chapter Junction Functions. When a reason code is checked, the assigned function is called. You can also specify that a reason code is to be disabled for a Worklist check and you can specify that a Worklist item can be manually deleted.

You can also assign a color to each Worklist reason code.
