In this section you define the enhancement contexts available to authors for creating info objects in the Knowledge Warehouse.

Example

You want to create training material in which you enhance or partially replace the SAP training and SAP documentation for Release 4.5B. Create an enhancement context "OurHelp 4.5B", Release "1" based on Release 4.5B. You can maintain your own info objects in this enhancement context and also use all the info objects in standard Release 4.5B.

Activities

  1. Perform the activity.
  2. Define a customer namespace as prefix for the enhancement name in field "Enhancement" using the value help and complete the enhancement name by adding two more characters.
  3. Define a release for the enhancement.
  4. Select a standard context in field "R/3 Release" using the value help key and save your entry.
