The customer enhancement ISHMED_RAD_PA_EXSTAT is executed after you set the status of a radiological examination by calling the function module ISH_N2_RAD_SET_STATUS_EXAM. If you cannot set the document status, the active implementation of the customer enhancement will not be executed.

Activities
- If you use the MITRA PACS Broker, you can use the supplied standard implementation. No activity is necessary.
- If you need a project-specific implementation, you must execute the following activities:
Via the IMG activity, you create an implementation of the customer enhancement in the customer namespace. This does not yet contain program code for the method(s). You can use the standard implementation as a template for your own development.
You should note that the customer enhancements must be activated. Only one implementation can be active at any one time.
Further notes
The active standard implementation communicates with the MITRA PACS Broker via the MITRA Simple Interface (MSI).
