You use profiles to specify the type of the capacity evaluation.
The overall profile combines the following individual profiles:
- selection profile
- settings profile
- list profile
- graphics profile
Example
When you want to evaluate the load at a work center, the entire transaction is determined by the parameters in the overall profile.
Requirements
You must have defined the profiles for an overall profile in the following steps:
- Define selection profiles
- Define options profiles
- Define list profiles
- Define graphic profiles
Default Settings
Overall profiles are defined in the standard system. With them you can evaluate the capacity requirements for all objects in a project in the information system.
All overall profiles for the information system begin with "SAPPIS*".
Recommendations
SAP recommends that you use existing overall profiles for standard evaluations.

Define the overall profile, if necessary.
