In this step, you can change existing layout sets or create new ones. Layout sets are required for printing and sending documents per fax.

Requirements

SAP recommends that you accept the settings defined in the standard system. In this case, no action is required on your part.

If you want to make changes to the GR/GI slips, SAP recommends you do not change the standard layout sets but copy them and make the changes to the copied layout sets.

Standard settings

The standard system contains the following layout sets for Invoice Verification:

  • MR_REKL            Letter of complaint
  • MR_PRINT            Consignment letter, ERS printout
  •                 Revaluation settlement document

Activities

If you work with the standard layout sets, no further action is required. If you want to define your own layout sets, proceed as follows:

  1. Enter the standard layout set you wish to copy.
  2. Choose Form -> Create/change.

    The header data screen of the layout set appears.

  3. Choose Form -> Save as... and enter the name of the new layout set.
  4. Once you have finished editing the new layout set, activate it.
