  1. Check the extent to which you can use the condition lists supplied in the standard SAP System.

To do so, display the predefined condition lists.

  2. Create new condition lists. Proceed as follows:
    1. Enter the title of the condition list you wish to create.
    2. The subsequent data screen contains all the key fields used in the area of the conditions in alphabetical order. Choose all the key fields that are to be taken into account in the condition list.
    3. Choose Edit -> Selec. tables. A dialog box appears, in which you can specify your choice of condition tables.
    4. If you choose "Yes", only those condition tables that contain all selected key fields are evaluated.
If you choose "No", all those condition tables that contain at least one of the selected key fields are evaluated.
    5. On the next data screen, select all the condition tables that are to be evaluated.
    6. Choose "Position fields" to define the screen layout of the condition list. Note that the subsequent data screen contains all the key fields of the selected tables.
    7. You can suppress fields that are not to be used as selection criteria when the list is later displayed by cancelling the indicator in the "Selection" column .
    8. Choose "Form" to specify the display of scales or validity periods for the condition list.
