In this step, you maintain user-specific graphical formats.
Every user that accesses Structural Graphics in the context of a particular application, from the Human Resources Information System (HRIS),or from Organizational Management (Simple Maintenance), for example, can determine their own individual user-specific context, which is determined by the format of object information, the graphical representation and the content of the tool box.
If a user-specifc context exists for a graphic, this will be used in prefereance to the application-specific context.
Example
When you call up a graphic from the Human Resources Information System, the application-specific context HRIS with the data set STANDARD and the design STANDARD is used. Mr Smith wants to use the design SMITH rather than the standard design offered in HRIS, but wants to keep the data set STANDARD.
Activities
Select a user name. You may not make a generic entry ("A*" for all names that begin with "A", for example).
Assign the users a context, a data set, a design and a tool box.
