Use

In this IMG activity, you maintain the forms of address used for persons. In the IS-H System, forms of address are used

  • For patient data
    • Patient master data
    • Main insured data
  • Business partners
    • Physicians,
    • Insurance providers

Execution

  1. Decide on the two-digit form-of-address key.
  2. Enter this key in the Ad field.
  3. You enter the long form of the form-of-address output text in the Form of Address Text field and the short form of this text in the FoAdr field.
  4. You now enter the text you specified as the short form-of-address text in the ID field.
  5. You can then enter further IDs for this form of address. Remember that you always have to select the ID of the first entry as the short form.
  6. Proceed in this manner for all forms of address. The most important point here is that you also define each short form of address as the form-of-address ID.

Example

You want to create the form of address Mr. To do this, you should make the following entries in the table:

ID    Ad    Form of Add. Text        FoAdr

Mr.    01    Mr.        Mr

The valid input value is Mr. After you have confirmed your entry, the system always displays the text "Mr". The ID "01" is always stored in the database.
