CONCEPT INFORMATION
In this step you maintain the aggregation procedure for value fields in your operating concern which are used as key figures in the information system.
In the information system you define the aggregration procedure of key figures which are determined on the basis of value fields within your operating concern using mathematical operations (report line structures).
Standard settings
You can define how value field characteristics with and without a time-base are aggregated. The default setting is SUM (summation).
Activities
- Define the aggregation procedure of value fields in your operating concern for characteristics with a time base (time-based aggregation) and characteristics without a time base (aggregation).
- For time-based aggregation specify a reference field.
- Save your entries.
