In this section you define the condition areas that are to form the basis for the structure of your conditions.
A condition area is a unit in which conditions are organized. It serves the organizational grouping of conditions because conditions and condition groups are each created per condition area.
This means that conditions are always created dependent on a condition area that you later assign to the product with Create product. You can assign exactly one condition area to each product. You can use a condition area for the assignment to several products.
Example
You can, for example, set up a condidtion area for all private customer conditions that you subsequently assign to the product 'Checking- private'.
Standard settings
A predefined condition area is supplied with the standard system.
Activities
Create the condition areas you need by issuing a clear and unmistakable key and an appropriate name.
Further notes
You cannot change the assignment of the condition area to the product once accounts for this product have been posted to.
