You usually need one profile for the system administrator and other profiles suited to the work places of your clerks.

Activities

  1. Compile the necessary profiles according to the duties of your clerks.
  2. Examine the profiles supplied and change them if necessary.
  3. Assign the profiles wanted to the user master records.

Notes on transporting

You transport profiles as follows:

  1. Display the profiles list.
  2. Choose "Profile - Transport".
  3. Select the profiles you wish to transport.
  4. Confirm your selections and enter the correction number.
