CATS for Service Providers does not have the entry profile on the interface. Instead, the profile is taken from the task type and the organizational assignment of the employee.

In this activity, you use the CATSX characteristic to specify the employees or employee groups whose entry profiles are to be used for entering tasks. You assign the required entry profile to each task type for this.

Example

The CONS_EXT entry profile is valid for the task type CONS (consulting) in controlling area 0001. The entry profile CONS is determined for all other employees in controlling area 0001 for task type CONS.
