Assign Progress Versions to Group Progress Version
In this activity, you can actually assign the existing Progress Versions to the Group Progress Versions. Group Progress Version will ensure that the same measurement method is used to monitor the project progress of different Progress Versions.
This mapping will enable updating the existing Progress Versions of any changes made to the newly created Group Progress Versions. In the process, it will minimize the data entry efforts required to create and update the control date.
Requirements
In Customizing, you must have created the activity Group Progress Version in Project Progess and also maintain a CO version with the exclusive usage Earned value analysis.
