Use

Using this BAdI, you can adjust the output of attributes and of the object-specific, hierarchical additional information (log, process route, record structure) to your requirements. This is also possible for the output of the corresponding contents (documents and incoming post items).

This BAdI is called before records, cases and documents are printed and before they are sent by e-mail.
